「Villa was beautiful. Plenty of rooms to relax. Infinity pool was gorgeous. The host came to greet us and had brought gifts of food, very responsive to messages. He went out of his way to make you feel welcome. The villa is on top of a mountain and was very quiet. The small village not far from the villa had lots of culture. 「We had a wonderful week in Villa Myrtia. The villa is situated in the middle of a small village with bakery, pizza restaurant and grocery stores just a short walk away. The drive to Rethymno is about 10 minutes and we went there a few times in the week. There are a lot of restaurants and bars in Rethymno with some superb fish restaurants on the harbour.
