“**1/5 stars — Completely Unacceptable: Hotel Closed After Confirmed Reservation**
I arrived at this hotel at 1:00 AM after a long drive, only to find the place completely shut down — doors locked, nobody there, completely dark. I had a confirmed reservation through Expedia and received zero notice that this property had closed.
As a truck driver, I don't have the luxury of showing up at a hotel during business hours. I need a guaranteed place to sleep and get back on the road. This reservation……

“Room was clean and spacious. Three beds was great. Staff was friendly and so were the construction workers who were renovating the other rooms.

“The room was clean, which is the main reason this review isn’t lower. There was a large hole in the wall in the bathroom and strange orange stains on the roof, but we overlooked this (sadly). However, I found the hotel to be extremely overpriced for what was offered.
