"The property was misrepresented and unsafe. My parents didnt stay with us due to conditions of the property. We contacted Vacasa the rental management company and decided to leave the property and stay with friends as the windows were broken and shattered and the master bed was broken, no wifi, no functional washer and the list goes on. I expect a full refund from VRBO....I am a frequent client of VRBO and this was not acceptable. Please advise how to go about obtaining a full refund or I will...

"We got to the house and it was a lovely house, in a great location. The garbage outside had meat and other garbage not in bags. The storm door was broken which we fixed ourselves, the floor was full of sand, the air conditioner in the kitchen didnt blow cold air and the fan in the ktchen didnt work either, the remote was nowhere to be found. I think some of our money should be refunded."

"Me, my husband and 13 year old son came from NC to visit my mom who is sick. This location was close to everywhere we needed to go in Brooklyn. The accommodations were nice, clean, quiet, no issues with parking, and had everything we needed for toiletries. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. Would definitely stay here again."

"Wonderful home and lots of space, located literally in the middle of everything you would want to do in Long Beach, or walk to the Metro and take the train into NYC. We even walked about 5 min to a public ice skating rink or 5 min the other way to great restaurants and The Laurel Diner that was delicious. Host was wonderful, attentive and quick with communication. Would highly recommend."
