Fabulous experience with the host, amazingly responsive and she bent over backwards to let us check in early. "I was looking forward to a cinnamon roll made by Holiday Inn but, to my disappointment, that is only for the Express hotels. I paid $175 for the room (including taxes and fees) so it was a little higher than I usually spend but I was willing for the cinnamon rolls (I bought ahead of time before knowing they didn’t serve breakfast). I do like that they actually have body wash rather than bar soap as I prefer that. If it was $25 cheaper, we may stay again if we are in the area."

"Our first night was great. The second night we had a problem. We were going to bed when we saw a mouse in our room. I called the desk and a man came up and offered another room which we did. He offered a sorry it happened and that was it. There was no kind of compensation other than sorry that happened. This happened early in the morning."
