The space

This fully remodeled guest house is right in the heart of, arguably, the best neighborhood in all of Memphis - Central Gardens! Your guest house retreat comes with its own private entrance and parking. You will be located a few minutes away from all of Midtown`s best attractions or a quick 5 min uber ride to downtown.



If you are looking for a quiet space to get some work done or a couples retreat looking to indulge in the best Memphis has to offer, this is the perfect space for you!



Very conveniently located in Midtown in `Central Gardens,` which is one of Memphis` most exclusive neighborhoods packed full of beautiful historic homes.



It`s a super short Uber ride (5 min) to downtown; you`ll have everything you need within a few drive minutes away. We`ll send you a digital guidebook with our favorite recommendations :)

Guest access

You will have full access to the guest house; there are no locked doors or cabinets.

Other things to note



This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:



● Please note that a $75 Pet fee will be applied per stay.

● We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy

● No more than ONE (1) animal, no larger than 20 pounds

● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets

● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)



You have a dedicated parking space for one (1) vehicle. Street parking is readily available, but please take note of any street parking signs.



This property is a fully separate guesthouse in the rear of the property. You will pass by the historic home converted decades ago into four lovely apartments.



The laundry is SHARED and can be accessed a few steps away in the main building basement.
