1 Star – Extremely Disappointing ExperienceI rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was unacceptable—especially for New Year’s Eve.Upon arrival, the unit had a strong, unpleasant odor. The dishwasher was backed up and not functioning, and the couch had visible stains, which made the space feel unclean. Additionally, there was an ongoing issue with the bathroom water temperature—the hot water would not stay hot long enough to comfortably shower.I immediately notified management of these concerns, hoping for assistance. Instead, the response I received was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was told that “if you don’t like it, you can leave.” Given the tone of the response, I felt uncomfortable raising any further concerns.For all of these issues combined, management offered 25 off the stay, which felt insulting considering the circumstances and timing.This experience fell far below expectations for a VRBO property. Cleanliness, basic functionality, and respectful communication should be standard—especially during a holiday stay. I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
