The elevator was broken and I had to climb stairs to the third floor. There was no milk for breakfast and no coffee. Staff said decaf was regular. It was not. The biggest issue was the safety latch was broken on my door. I pushed furniture in front of the door. I had been on the road all day and just wanted sleep.

The room was clean& pool was okay however we were hit on the spot with a holding fee of $100 without notice upon arrival, we requested a double suite & weren’t able to get it even though the site said they were available, room service also wasn’t available to us until the last couple hours of our stay which made us pretty uncomfortable so yeah I definitely wouldn’t book again unless I absolutely have to.

I booked and paid for a King room with accessibility (the only one showing available other than the cheaper queen) and arrived, only to be given the queen even though I paid extra. I called Expedia, who called the hotel, a call that was ignored by the receptionist, who in turn called me immediately (I was juat outside the front door in my car). Suddenly it was avaliable, so I came back in and then, after checking in, was informed that the TV does not work and the from door was propped open by housekeeping after they finished... finished cleaning after what I slowly realized was a flood from the laundry 3 doors down. The carpet I walked thorough was wet and had a giant industrial fan, amd the sign on the laundry said "closed." Expedia said rhey could not do anything because I had "checked in" - cynically, it seems, by the hotel, to enact the cancelation policy. I am waiting for a resolution from Expedia or the hotel. Expedia member since 1996 when e-commerce was a twinkle in the eye and customer service was a thing.

By the amount of confetti on the floor in my room, can only assume the last guest had some kind of party - but no one thought to vacuum it up. Also dirty, balled up paper towels on the floor left from previous guest. But the kicker was the employee setting up breakfast. She grabs a spoon and eats eggs straight out of the chafing dish....then goes and sits on the couch, with her gloves still on, to watch TV and chat on her phone. Informed management at checkout, but definitely won't stay here again.

The front desk attendant was very helpful and professional and polite. The first room was hot the floor was caving in and soaking wet. The front attendant made a room change and was able to put in a room just the same as the first one. The pool was scary and filthy so the kids didn't want to swim anymore so we just slept well and enjoyed each other's company for the remaining time we were there.

My stay was for 10 days. King Size Suite. The front desk staff was excellent. Upon my arrival to the room, I wiped everything down with Lysol just for my benefit. The furniture was old, drawers not closing properly. The linen had small holes in one of the sheets, however, the bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner kept the room cool like I wanted it. Each time the cleaning staff serviced my room, they only did one thing each time. Change the towels only, when the trash was also overflowing or the toilet tissue was about to run out with no extra roll. They "may" have wiped down the shower. I was away from the room until very late most of the time. My next to the last day, they changed and replaced everything. The weekday breakfast staff was busy talking instead of refilling things or staying on top of cleaning behind the guests. The weekend person was very good. Not sure if I would stay here again, but would find another hotel in the area. Great shopping area.

Elevator was out. We walked 3 flights with bags. The room number was "taped" to the wall in blue painter's tape ??? The Staff was nice and apologetic. The lobby and room was okay. I was promised a credit $20 that never came.

Came for a funeral, my reservation choice was not hovered, bed sheets were filthy we asked for other sheets, room had tv but no remote, went to the desk they said they did not have any remotes available, the couch while side was not attached and fell off and spilled drink due to this, the breakfast was horrible. This has changed our minds and we won’t be staying at a Comfort Inn anymore, sorry.

Clean rooms ,dresser drawer would not stay closed. Kids being loud after 10.00,back door was popped open .and coffee was very week. Other than that it was a nice stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Oh my stay was for 3 people and cleaning people will only put 2 big bath towels out Both of my stays had to ask for an extra bath towels. So take extra towels if there is going to be 3 or more people.

The whole place needs a facelift. The fitness area was dirty without towels. The equipment is rusty and not working properly. There was a dead roach in our room and the safely lock on the inside of the door was broken. Do Not Stay here.

Room was clean, beds had clean sheets. The pull out was scary— mattress probably should be thrown out. Pretty gross. The bathroom had good water pressure. Breakfast was lacking, coffee was terrible and waffles were questionable. The pool was clean, no towels, but also, no heat in the (indoor) pool. Kiddos didn’t mind the freezing pool, but not for the faint of heart. Outside there were signs on the property mentioning theft, and our bedroom door had TWO locks on it, also a little concerning but didn’t have any issues while there.
