Most incredible views and the perfect location!

Staying at this property was one of the best parts of our travels in Italy. The apartment was exactly as pictured, but even better. The outdoor space was just incredible! We enjoyed every minute of being here and wished we could have stayed longer!

Stunning vistas. Very clean property.

We had a great stay at this property. "Wow" factor views of Lake Como. Spotless property. Detailed, turn-by-turn directions to get to the property were beneficial. We would stay there again.

Two nights in Menaggio

This property was 100% as pictured, except that I think the view in person is even more magnificent! We had no trouble driving into town and finding parking. We did have to circle around a few times, but it never took very long. We enjoyed a day on the lake and exploring Menaggio and Bellagio. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic Property & Location

The property was exactly as advertised. The view from balcony was just amazing Easy booking and check in process. Swimming pool was a good size and never busy. Note to parents: it is a deep pool. Not suitable for non swimmers (small children) Only a very short roll down the mountain 5mins to Menaggio. Beautiful location.

Beautiful views overlooking pool, lake and mountains

This apartment is exactly as shown. Removed from the hustle and bustle (small, quaint and laid back) in the town of Menaggio. We rented a car and drove from Switzerland so it was an easy check-in, quick stop to get the key at the office and a 5 minute winding drive, up to the apartment. Excellent communication with rental agency. Given very specific directions with pictures as to how to access the complex and locate the apartment. A large package of pastry, milk and champagne was left for us. Nice relaxing experience with the pool and beautiful views. Would definitely rent again.

Wohnung und Aussicht top (mit kleinen Mängeln)

Die Wohnung und die Lage sind einfach phantastisch: großzügig, puristische Einrichtung (was unserem Geschmack total entspricht), ein traumhafter Blick durch die riesigen Panoramafenster. Besonders schön vom Wohn- und Schlafzimmer aus. Das zweite Schlafzimmer dagegen bietet einen etwas getrübten Blick auf eine ziemlich verwitterte Terrasse (mit einem Esstisch, den wir kein einziges Mal benutzt haben) und freiem Blick auf die 6 Mülltonnen, in denen der Müll getrennt gesammelt werden muss. Die Angaben zum Zugang zur Wohnung haben wir erst nach dreimaligem Nachfragen in PDF-Form von der Agentur erhalten. Der Zugang war zwar sehr ausführlich mit Fotos dokumentiert, allerdings waren diese nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand (das hatten vor uns andere Gäste auch schon moniert) - so dass es anfangs ein kleines Suchspiel war, wie man in die Wohnung gelangt. Der Rauchmelder war nicht an der Decke angebracht, sondern lag abgeschraubt und ohne Batterien einfach neben dem TV. Dass der TV trotz 1270 verfügbaren Sendern keinen einzigen deutschen Sender empfängt , fanden wir nicht schlimm. Alles in allem ist das wirklich eine traumhafte, großzügige helle und ruhige Wohnung und der Blick ist umwerfend. Wenn die Agentur auf die Monita der Gäste eingeht, ist sie auch wirklich 5 Sterne wert.

Super Lage mit Einschränkungen

Tolle Lage des Appartement, sehr gute Vor Ort Betreuung und sauber, echt gutes Appartement Nachteile: Schatten ab frühen Nachmittag, Mücken, kein Fussweg zum Ort, Keine Liegen am Pool.

Wonderful Como stay!

Really lovely apartment - very modern development with great facilities. The pool was absolutely great and the associated parking area was also very useful for our rental car. The view out over the lake was truly superb and sitting out on the patio in the evening was one of the holiday highlights. There were really only. Couple of down sides for us: the first being that the property is fairly high up the hill (hence the great views) but it wasn’t really possible to walk down into Menaggio because it involved walking down a very busy road with no pavement. Menaggio itself has some lovely places to eat or have Aperitivi but parking is rather challenging! The other thing we found was that the kitchen was rather limited in its equipment outside of plates, pans etc. We needed to buy all the cleaning materials ourselves as well as cooking staples like salt, pepper, oil etc. Not ideal when only there for a week. Overall though, a really wonderful week in a perfect location!

Sant' Andrea Giardino

This apartment is fantastic all around! It is set in a beautiful, quiet complex that is easy to get to and very secure. The grounds are lush, green and well maintained with a beautiful swimming pool. The most amazing part of all is the view, it’s a wonderful picture of the lake and the mountains. The apartment itself is modern, clean with useful extras like the washing machine, dishwasher and hair dryer.

Perfect central location!

We loved our first visit to Lake Como and found Menaggio a good base for our stay. We rented a car and this apartment included free designated parking. Nearby access to major roadways a plus. Found a pay parking lot in town to ride the ferry just a short walk from the port. Enjoyed the apartment private patio and the shared pool, both with fabulous views of the lake, the town and the surrounding mountains. Elevator was broken during our stay, which was a minor inconvenience. Very good support from the nice people in the rental agency office. We would like to return in the future.
