「In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. 「I had a very pleasant stay at Villaggio Boutique Hotel. My room was large with a comfortable sitting area and a very comfy king bed. Despite being centrally located, it was wonderfully quiet.
