“Exceptionally clean, comfortable, well furnished with all necessities and plenty of “extras”. Checkin/check out process was very easy. Location convenient to multiple areas/attractions yet rural enough to avoid crowds and enjoy quiet, country evenings. Very spacious (we had 2 adults/2 kids). Ladder to upstairs loft would be difficult to access for younger children/elderly/those with any physical deficits. Fire pit outside with natural rock seating is an added bonus. Highly recommend this……

“The attention to detail is incredible. Only one of our 4 had ever watched or read Harry Potter, yet we all felt like we must be living it in real life. "The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The front desk was very friendly."
