「We were there on a weekend and it was very quiet. The restaurant next door was good and having a Sainsbury nearby was a bonus. 」

I gave management feedback about how this person made a bad impression and distracted from an ongoing business meeting - they listened, apologised and gave me a free lunch. So they did all you could possible expect. Excellent customer relations. Thank you. I would stay again.」

「Good base for the week. Did have a couple of times people trying to get in as they thought it was part of the raptor foundation so had to have the door locked all the time. Walls are very thin so could hear the people next door snoring all night. There is a sign up in the bath room saying after 5days you get fresh linen and towels but this didnt happen, i stayed for 7nights. It would of been nice for the bin to of been emptied in that time as its a tiny bin. Room was nice and big, same with the...

「Charming village location when I booked I thought we were in st Ives town but glad we were in Houghton as did a lovely circular walk to st Ives from here. Full of character this pub was cosy and welcoming. Great breakfast too.」

「We have stayed here a few times now as it is convenient for family visits. The breakfast is really good. The rooms are comfortable and warm (last days of December!). Over the years, the management has invested in the site and it now has a gym, which we could have used if we had known about it. Definitely planning on return visits!」
