If your group consists of more than 4 people, we recommend our vacation homes “Golden Delicious,” “Elstar,” “Royal Gala,” and “Topaz” at the same address. These are nearly identical and also accommodate up to 4 guests.
For your safety, we have installed a security camera outside to monitor the carport, driveway, and parking spaces.

The Accommodation:
The accommodations are newly built and features modern, bright furnishings. The apartment was built to the KfW 55 standard and is heated by an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient heat pump. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating.

Guest Access
Guests have access to all rooms in the apartment.
The entire house is fully accessible, featuring 1-meter-wide interior doors and a walk-in shower.

Additional Important Information
Meppen is an old fortified town and also the seat of the Emsland district administration.
Here you’ll find plenty of shopping options, a very nice pedestrian zone, a post office, banks, restaurants, cafes, a hospital, medical specialists, pharmacies, schools, kindergartens, an indoor swimming pool, a movie theater, a train station, as well as diverse waterways, extensive forests, and nature reserves—plenty of places to visit and cultural activities.
The A31 highway junction—the fast north-south connection to the North Sea and the Ruhr region—is about a 15-minute drive away.
The accommodations are an ideal starting point for extended biking or hiking tours through the Emsland region, with its exceptionally well-developed network of bike paths, as well as along the Hase and Ems rivers.
