Had to cancel - no aircon

We booked this property based on the fact it was listed as having aircon on Vrbo. Unfortunately when we arrived and checked in at midnight we realised there was no aircon at all in the villa and only 2 fans for the 5 bedrooms. We notified the management straight away as this wasn’t acceptable for us, so we cancelled and moved out the next morning when we had another villa sorted. It seems the villa has been listed incorrectly as having aircon but I am currently in discussions with the management to provide me with a refund as we made the booking based on the listing which was incorrect. I have yet to hear back from them.
