Are you looking for an amazing terraced house in Fornells? Marina 17 is the right one.



It is a magnificent semi-detached house located in a very well-maintained and quiet residential complex that has a community swimming pool.



The house has a spacious ground floor where the living-dining room is located, a courtesy toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, it has two patios, ideal for organizing outdoor meals.



On the first floor there are 3 double rooms and two incredible bathrooms.



Moreover, it features a spectacular terrace/solarium with sea views and a barbecue. How would it be to spend your holidays at MARINA 17? Don't think twice and come to live the experience!



No tourist services are provided (room service, food and drink, etc...) in the accommodation during the clients' stay.



Fornells is one of the most exclusive and charming holiday destinations in the Mediterranean, a small fishing village located on the north coast of Menorca where the landscape has the highest level of protection in the EU.



The village of Fornells is formed by a wonderful historic centre next to the port with its charming pedestrian streets, a beautiful Seafront Promenade and well-maintained residential areas around the centre.

Casa estupenda

Una casa amplia y muy comoda. Muy bien ubicada a 10 mins caminando del centro del pueblo. Tiene su propia plaza de parking en un garage debajo de la casa. La cocina esta muy bien equipada.La comunicacion con la agencia antes de la llegada fue muy buena. Supimos exactamente donde ir etc. ningun problema en absoluto durante la estancia
