Strolling through its beautiful gardens you will come to a shared chlorine swimming pool with a children's area. It measures 20x10m and its depth varies between 0.5m and 2m. Once in the flat, you will be able to enjoy a terrace where you can relax in the sun or have something to eat with your family and friends. Due to its location in a building, the flat has direct neighbours.
The interior of the flat is designed for your comfort and relaxation. The living-dining area features air conditioning and a TV, and is seamlessly connected to the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing tasty meals. The house also includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. For restful sleep, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower. Please note that a cot and highchair are not provided.
