The villa in Arenal d'en Castell has 3 bedroom(s) and capacity for 6 people. Accommodation of 126 m² comfortable and fully equipped. It is located 200 m from the "Supermercado" supermarket, 300 m from the "Playa Arenal De'n Castell" sandy beach, 300 m from the restaurant, 9 km from the "Golf Son Parc" golf course, 14 km from the "Carema Splash Park" water park, 17 km from the "Parada de autobus es Mercadal" bus station, 17 km from the town of "Es Mercadal", 23 km from "Aeropuerto de Menorca" airport and is located in an ideal area for families and by the sea. It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, washing machine, barbecue, iron, safe, internet access (wifi), air conditioning in all bedrooms, private pool, 1 TV, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English), Dvd. The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

Parties and events of any kind are not allowed.

Escape Home reserves the right to request a mandatory security deposit for groups of young people under 26 years old. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after check-out, once the condition of the property and the appropriate behavior of the group during the stay have been verified.

No pets allowed.

Family holiday with 13 & 12 yr old. So pleased we booked this villa, location is perfect with a sea view. Loved having a mixture of beach & pool days. Easy access to the beach down some steps. We were initially worried about having the road so close to the villa, but it wasn’t a problem. What a view to wake up to! We would definitely book in the future!
