“Rooms were larger than normal with kitchen area, seating area and 2 separate bedrooms.
We had a late night check-in due to a flight delay and the staff had all the paperwork waiting for us when we walked in.
The cleanliness standards were 100% impressive.
The hotel is very quiet.
It is located in a very safe area with dozens of restaurants, cafes, mini marts and bars on the street.
Walking distance to the Zocalo (city center) was 15-20 minutes.”

“Staff was incredible — prompt, kind and helpful (from clean rooms to helping us call a taxi upon checkout). The room was beautiful and spacious. The location was perfect! Right in the middle of everything for convenience, but tucked back away from the sound for a peaceful sleep. I would absolutely recommend staying here and look forward to coming again!”

“Great place to stay. Large room with a small balcony and bathtub on the back of the house made it super quiet despite being downtown. Very pretty area within walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, and some of the tourist attractions. I’d stay there again when in town next time.”

“Everyone was welcoming and warm. Alejandro and everyone were always helpful whether requesting a tour or a ride. Location is in a great spot- convenient to restaurants, shops and galleries! WiFi was not very stable but there’s a cafe across the street where I worked and have my morning coffee. The bed is firm and sheets are good quality. I slept really well! I highly recommend 👍👍”
