"Great staff and clean hotel"

"The property was disappointing first we were charged a 50.00 cash deposit which we knew nothing about because it was disclosed in the booking, 2nd the pool area was closed so no pool and thirdly there was no breakfast as advertised . The room was clean but very dated I think what we paid was to much being that not all the amenities that were offered were unavailable and I feel if a hotel requires a separate cash deposit then it should also be disclosed on booking sights"

"Hotel was very close to the shopping outlets which was the reason for our trip. Place was very clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. "

"Clean modern and very spacious rooms. Every thing needed was provided. Ironing board, coffee maker,hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner. Front desk person very friendly and accommodating. Only thing lacking a little was the breakfast buffet.milk and juice need a little more attention concerning freshness. Hot foods also need a little more attention where freshness is concerned. Other than the buffet everything was wonderful. "
