「The hotel was in an ideal location, easy to walk to from the train station and in the right position for all amenities for shopping and entertainment. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all essential items needed. There’s plenty of places to eat and drink and there’s Tesco extra close by if you have forgotten anything. Enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.」

「The standard of customer service is exceptional. Staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. There is a very relaxing lounge area and the Caskieben bar offers an excellent food and drinks menu at reasonable prices. We were particularly impressed by the swimming pool which is perfect for those with young families. The breakfast offer was similarly very good and well organised. We will be back. 」
