"Stay here ! Here is a really fun and cozy hotel. Walk out from the door and you have the nature and hiking right outside the door. Inside is so nice. Warm and a lot of nice and speciell interiour decoration. We stayed in the musicroom. It was guitars and recordplayer to use. So fun. Clean and comfartable bathroom. If i shall complain about one thing it is the bed. The bed is hard and not so comfy. But overall it is a very nice place and i want to come back. "

"Great location, good rooms and view over lake. Staff extremely helpful, Very impressed with the hotel overall, would definitely recommend it as a base to explore Annecy. Its a short walk to the old town and easy to get to the lake."

"Positives: good location, great breakfast. Free hot drinks in lobby all day, which was appreciated. easy parking. Negative: small room and bathroom which was no issue for us but room smelled so bad as we entered but reception said sorry we have no other room available, do you want air freshner???? we had to leave the window open all night (it was warm too and just one warm blanket) and couldnt sleep well, lots of noise from traffic and hotel(something like garbage pick up eary morning or dumping noisy stuff???) we saw no point reporting safe not working due to the first night experience."

"Property is a 10 min. walk from the train station quite near the enchanting medieval part of town with its shops eateries, pubs, canal, and the lake. Also, a boulangerie and grocery are nearby. Staff are well informed, welcoming, and speak French and English, at least. The building is 170 years old and thoroughly modern inside. Room had kitchenette, table/chairs, TV, secure WiFi, full bath, and comfortable bed with luxurious pillows. Very clean. It was a wonderful stay at a reasonable price. We would definitely stay again."

"We booked this hotel for an overnight stay and quick visit to the Lake. Overall the hotel was okay but our first impression was a little discouraging, as it was located a little farther away than anticipated, perhaps that's our mistake. Don't be fooled by the local area and initial look of the hotel. The spa facilities were closed during our stay and the outdoor pool was perfectly fine. The rooms were clean and tidy, but the decoration was a little odd in places, though nothing to be concerned about. When we arrived a nice lady checked us in but was on her own, so we had to wait for a while whilst she single-handedly managed the property. Perfect for a overnight stay but perhaps not for a long stay."

"Good property in Annecy. However, the unit was much smaller than on the pictures. It doesn’t have ac, be aware if you travel in the summer. Very basic. Located far from the centre, so a lot of walking or using bus plus walking. Not expensive compared to more central properties. Secured parking."
