The rooms were a lot smaller than advertised and there wasn't really a bathroom. There was door to toilet that couldn"t close and the shower was behind another small door. The towels were stained and there was a smell in the room

Location was good. The AC could not go below 25.5 °C and it was rather hot in the room. there was no resolve even after reporting it The beds were itchy ..not sure if bed bugs or what. Staff not friendly.

De no ser porque se me perdieron algunas cosas pequeñas, me tocó la cáscara de huevo en el desayuno y nos tuvimos que cambiar de habitación porqué la nuestra estaba en mal estado. Todo bien.
