This was our second stay at this Residence Inn. My wife and I had a great 5-night stay. Clean facilities and excellent quality all around - mattress, pillows, sheets, towels. The room was very quiet. The elevator so smooth you cannot feel it's in motion. The breakfast is very good - excellent coffee, fresh fruit, cheeses, cold cuts. Not a fan of the scrambled eggs or the salsas, but ok. The staff is fantastic as one comes to expect when anywhere in México.

Room are great with that choice of full kitchen just in case more with kids, or for long stay I like the option but for that reason no restaurant in site, but big mall with restaurants and food court across the street, also museum and plenty of others shops around walking distance transportation is great, city center is about 15 in uber. For what I need was perfect and breakfast was included. Very very clean.

The staff were incredible. From security, to front desk, to housekeeping, everyone went out of their way to be helpful with anything we needed. We stayed a week for my son’s wedding and it was very conveniently located to the mall and many local restaurants. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Also felt very safe, as you have to have scan your key and can only get off on your floor.

Great hotel. Great staff. The breakfast is presented beautifully, I just didn't care for it. However those coffee / Latte machines are clutch. The little shopping store is nice. My dog is sorry she got sick you guys were very nice about it and I'll never forget and will use you often because of this.
