  • Escape to Casa Esperanza, a sophisticated 2-bedroom sanctuary designed for ultimate privacy. This colonial gem features two independent living spaces: a main house with a full kitchen and pool access, plus a secluded second suite with its own kitchenette and private bath. Perfect for friends or families who value together-time by the sparkling pool but crave their own quiet corner at night. Tucked in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from Mérida’s vibrant heart. Pure tropical elegance.
    - People other than those on the reservation are not allowed to enter without first notifying the host.
    - Do not throw paper in the toilet. In case of clogging it, the plumbing costs are the responsibility of the guest.
    - Make responsible use of electricity, use the air conditioning when necessary, turn off the lights and AC before leaving the apartment.

The entire place lacked up keep its old / dated seems like no one really stays there. There were tons of spiders and webs with spiders eggs or what seemed like spider eggs. There were 3 air conditioners and only one of them actually cooled, the other two only blew air. The kitchen lacked a blender and a basic toaster. The couch/living area furniture wasn’t comfortable at all and the beds in the bedrooms were too hard. The patio/pool area was super dirty and unusable, the pool was never cleaned prior to our stay. The WiFi wouldn’t connect to the tvs so we weren’t able to watch anything on the tvs. We purposely stayed out in the town and only slept there at night. I would never boom this property again.
