「Repairs that were made were not very well done by appearance. The air conditioner worked great. The pool was closed and drained, so it shouldn't be advertised as having a pool. There were a lot of ppl wandering around at night, but we had no problems with sounds after 10pm. The room was quiet, smelled nice. The beds were on the firm side, but linens and pillows looked well cared for and overall sleeping conditions were fine. 」

「We come to Jackson regularly to visit family and have stayed at other hotels in the area. This was our 1st stay here and we were very impressed. Clean, bright, updated, and a very welcoming staff. The staff warmly greeted and welcomed us every time we saw them, which stood out and sets this hotel apart from others. We will stay here again!」
