「We have a large family and it is hard to find a place big enough to accommodate us. This was absolutely perfect! The host had left plenty of everything for us to use. The house was clean and had even set up a Christmas tree. We all felt very welcome. You have a beautiful home.」

「The staff in front desk brought a suitcase had TTY for deaf people. Surprised me but I won't need it after all. And, the housekeeper walked to me and helped me with my stuff (Since I had hard time to walk, she was very helpful).」
