Other than someone being in my room when I got back from visiting family the stay was fine. Luckily I took most of my belongings with me for the day. The front desk fixed everything and wasn’t sure how it happened or why. If I had to stay in the area I would think about staying there again.

The room was extremely dirty, the sheets were obviously not changed. Had stains and stank. The leather on the bedroom couch were peeling. This is the worst hotel experience ever.

At first staff was rude and our room wasn’t ready. We had just travelled 4 hours to get there and were told no public restrooms were available and told to go to the mall for one. But then saw the were public restrooms when our room was finally available.

Upon arrival, the front desk agent didn’t even speak. She processed my transaction without saying a word, slid my keys across the counter, and immediately closed the shutters, blocking access to the front desk. My room was really dated, the sheets were worn, and the bathroom counter was stained. We checked in late at night because we just needed a last-minute place to sleep, so I guess it served its purpose. Would I stay there again? Absolutely not. But, you know the saying: you get what you pay for.

The lady on nights was very rude and unprofessional. She wanted no parts of doing her job. She was unwilling to help or answer any questions you have. She was also unwilling to accommodate any complaints. You have whether it be you need some towels or you just had a general question. She was more interested in being at the front desk, talking on FaceTime or on speakerphone with her friends then to help the guest of the hotel, as if we were interrupting her conversation because that was more important than doing her job.

It was a very odd place. The check in check out counter is only open at certain times and look like a lot of people were living there instead of just staying there. The place was cheap I didn't see any bugs That's about the only thing it has going for it.
