"My only major complaint was when we were checking out/ moving suitcases back down to the elevators, the cleaning cart takes up more than half of the hallway making it impossible to get passed. I ended up having to walk halfway around the building with the luggage cart. I am also confused as to why the handicap rooms were on the 4th floor."
