“I highly recommend. The apt was furnished very clean and nicely stock with everything you may need for 2 days or longer. There’s a beach just down the street and Cocoa Beach was a quick 15 drive. Many places to eat and neighborhood was quiet. Our stay was for 2 days, and the cruise port was close by.”

“This place was great, super clean, great location, very short walk right to the beach on the property plus two different outdoor showers. The cottage itself was great, great ocean view, very modern, enough space for my family of 4. Everything worked as it should have. I would definitely recommend staying here. I definitely would go back again.”

“George was a great host with recommendations for groceries, meals and space launches to watch. Plenty of room for a family of 5 for hanging out in the evening. Beds were comfortable and very clean. Pool and hot tub were nice, quite a few rules (no balls, music and limited chairs). But the condo had GREAT amenities to spend our days on the beach: a wagon, chairs, umbrella, mat, boogie boards, and sand toys.”

“Lovely interior and perfect location! I walked to downtown Cocoa beach and road my bike to a race at the aquatic center. The 4/5 is for two reasons: 1) It appears to be managed by a property management company called Ubango, not directly by a host on Vrbo. The check-in email got lost in my spam with opaque titles and information, and included a PDF with property info, which was unique compared to other booking experiences. This caused some stress when my flight got in late and I struggled to……

“The property was beautifully updated and decorated. Primary bedroom bed was heaven! Location was very convenient to where I wanted to go in Cocoa Beach. Loved having a fenced and safe yard for our dog. They literally have all you need to a beach getaway—including sunscreen (which I forgot).”
