“Pros: - Excellent size & layout. - Very pretty decor. - Good size balcony overlooking the marina while watching playful dolphins and manatees. - Awesome pool area well cared for with balanced, clear water. - Dolphin Tiki Hut grill & bar was fabulous...Reasonable prices with friendly wait-staff. - We will stay again, for sure. Cons: - No staff on-site. - Verification to check in needs to be done online which was a bit difficult. Called for help/guidance which was a call center……

“Very small. Adequate for one person but I'd hate to have to share with anyone, no matter how well you know them. The bathroom area is basically part of the entire room, with only a partial wall separating the space. Accessing the boat was challenging. You step from the dock across 12+" of open water to the boat. Not too bad, but you don't step straight across, you step over and down 12+", and you step on to a stair tread, the narrow end of a stair tread. Finding the resort and the boat……

“It was only two of us. Roomy if you had four staying. Clean. Directions unclear for garage, the video showed the second garage, but it was the first one. Convenient parking for one car. Would recommend.”

“The condo was just as described with a convenient location and beautiful views. The property manager was easy to communicate with and the building is secure. We would definitely stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful experience and family vacay here. Condo was clean, great location. Could use a few more cooking utensils, hot pads, paper towels. We had to buy these to make a few meals. No ice maker make sure you buy a bag. I grew up here so I enjoyed being a local for a while. ”
