Cozy place

Rental was nice, we had to change rental when we got there due to ours not being ready!! But it was a quick exchange. Place is nice and but a bit noisy from traffic.

Safe and Quiet /Close to Cocoa Beach attractions

Check in was a breeze. Communication was fast and professional. Property was clean, big, and had many amenities. Our specific location was a walk to the water, but beautiful and quiet. It was our first time using VRBO and we will definitely use it again. We would come back to this property too! It was very safe.

Spring re-charge

Needed to get away for some rest and relaxation and this place did not disappoint. The location in AWESOME! The condo is AWESOME! Condo is exactly like pictures, it is super clean, beds are very comfortable, view from balcony cant be beat. The tiki bar/restaurant on property is brand new and the food was fantastic. Pool and hot tub were clean and a beautiful area. We could not have asked for a better place to recharge. We will definitely be returning to your beautiful rental.

We stayed here for a month, and I was so sad to leave! The view was beautiful,!

I would absolutely rent this property again! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed! The view on the balcony watching the boats go by and dolphins play! The pool and gym were incredible, the kids loved it! I do not have one complaint at all! Thankful for a clean, beautiful place to stay for a month! We will be back!
