“Quirky coastal architecture as expected. Beds were larger than photos. Air conditioners were excellent. Close to everything. Was surprised to note the abundant televisions, plentiful linens and towels and three convertible sofas. ”

“We scheduled 5 days for a family beach vacation (me, my wife, and our 12 year old) and found this listing online while looking at much more expensive beachfront properties on the outer banks. I sent it to my wife and said “how about a private beach for a fraction of the price?” I kept trying to find the catch. There wasn’t one. The property manager was excellent with communication. The house is in a small town about 20 minutes from groceries but the amenities are excellent. The private beach was……
