"The hot water in the bathtub was running and could not be turned off. We could hear it all night long. It had obviously been running for a long time because there was calcium buildup in the bathtub. I don’t know why they would’ve assigned this room to us when there were plenty of rooms available ..."

"Though the decor was nice the place didn't function well. The toilet gurgled, the kitchen sink drained extremely slow and the furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The couch cushion was so worn you didn't feel it, you felt the frame. The beds were hard. The fridge is small, like a dorm room fridge. ..."
