Everything was beyond what we expected. All staffs were very helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was perfect. We felt at home. Whenever we travel to Mersin, this hotel will be our first home. We thank the all people for the wonderful service and hospitality!

Otele giriş yaptığımız andan itibaren kapıda patronun oğlu ismini tam hatırlayamadım kusura bakmasın bizi su ikramı ile karşıladı istediğimizden daha oda için yardımcı oldu gerçekten çok ilgili güler yüzlü ekip Oda çok güzel herşey yenilenmiş çok rahat çarşaf yastık oda tertemiz banyo tertemiz gerçekten harika Kahvaltı beklediğimizin çok çok üstünde lezzetli ve çeşitleri çok iyiydi Otel gerçekten herkesin gidip kalabileceği bir performans oteli Hem çalışanlar hem patronun oğlu çok çok teşekkür ederim

Otelde güler yüzlü karşılama, ama malesef otel odaları inanılmaz derecede pis ve bakımsız, yataklar rahat değil küçük ve ses yapıyor, banyo tam rezalet heryer pis ve kireç lekeleri, odalar çok ses geçiriyorlar duvarlar kağıt gibiydi, oda okadar pistiki beyaz çorabımın altı simsiyah oldu, buzdolabında pas lekeleri ve oda çok küçük, kahvaltı otele göre yeterli ve lezetliydi ama çay yoktu kalmamıştı, yumurta beklemekten kurumuştu, çatal bıcak kirliydi, üzgünüm ama oteli beğenmedim ve tekrar gelmicem
