「Convenient, close, quiet」

「This beautiful home was perfect for our big family vacation! We skied in Purgatory and spent time in Durango. Perfect location and there was plenty of room for all of us ranging from 4 months to 65 years old! The basement was awesome for the kids and the kitchen had everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back next year!」

「Exactly what we were looking for—space AWAY from busy life, while we explored SW Colorado. Incredible views during the day, gorgeous sunrises/sunsets, and really dark night skies for excellent stargazing. As far as “tiny homes” go, this one certainly utilizes space efficiently! Probably the most comfortable mattress I’ve slept on in a short-term rental property! Gina was friendly and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Probably worth noting, for any guests not accustomed to...

There’s a composting bucket and there’s even a small cooler and ice packs for the cooler. Nice little touches for convenience. Place is very close to Safeway and Walmart and plenty of other stores. We didn’t get to use the outdoor space but it’s really nice! Absolutely recommend. 」

「What a pleasant home on a beautiful property in a great location for hiking and exploring ancient ruins! Two ruins are on the property and reachable with a little determination. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch listening to and watching all kinds of birds, protected from the sun by its deep roof. Everything needed for daily life is provided in the house - just bring your groceries. Cell reception is spotty (if you consider that a problem instead of a benefit!), but the wifi works well enough...

It was nothing fancy but everything that we needed. The house had everything we needed to cook meals. There were restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops within a short drive. We would definitely stay here again.」
