Welcome to Casa De Lucy—your bright, beautifully updated desert retreat just off I-15 in Mesquite. This two-bedroom, two-bath home combines modern comforts with warm Southwestern charm, perfect for golf getaways, canyon excursions, or a family escape under the sun.
The Space
Open Living & Dining: Light-filled living room with wood-look plank flooring, plush seating and a Smart TV. The adjacent dining nook seats four comfortably.
Fully Stocked Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar seating and every cookware, dishware and utensil you need to create home-cooked meals.
In-Unit Laundry: Full size washer/dryer hidden off the kitchen keeps towels and linens fresh.
Two Full Baths:
• Primary Bath: Vanity, tub/shower combo and travel size toiletries.
• Guest Bath: Walk-in shower with ample counter space and towels.
Private Front Patio: Cozy bistro set perfect for morning coffee or cocktails.
Sleeping Arrangements
Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with all linens included
Second Bedroom: Two twin beds—ideal for kids, friends or teens.
