“Je suis extrêmement déçue par cet hébergement et ne le recommande pas. La piscine à débordement mise en avant sur la photo principale du site n'existe pas et le port du bonnet de bain est obligatoire (en vente sur place à 3 €). La propreté de la chambre laisse également à désirer. Le tapis de sortie de douche était sale et manifestement n'avait pas été remplacé entre deux occupants. Le point le plus inacceptable reste toutefois l'accueil reçu au moment du règlement de la taxe de séjour. La……

“The property is stunning, truly dream like. My only disappointment was that I wasn't given bedding suitable for the bed (only a small cover that did not fit the double bed) and as there was no staff after 1830 this wasn't resolved despite a phone call to explain the situation...obviously I survived with a small blanket/cover but not the standard I would expect for the price/4* hotel. A real pity.”

“This place was lovely, right on the slopes of mount Etna. Guiseppe and Louisa were fantastic hosts and were very friendly and helpful. Good set up of our apartment with separate living space to bedroom with lots of room. Only downside was small shower and no AC. On the day we were leaving they were quite happy for us to take our time as room was free for that day so woke up late and after sorting ourselves out we took a tour of the winery. Guiseppe is a 6th gen wine maker who is making wine……

“A nice agriturismo in the mountains with nice views of Etna. The animal experience wasn’t really what we wanted, the kids could milk the goats, pick eggs from the hens and ride the horse for three laps, but there’s no educational part to it or a way for the kids to interact more with the animals. The pool is lovely. Filipe, the owner, is fantastic and very hospitable. He communicates well with a translator device for those of us who don’t speak Italian. The place is clean and welcoming, we……
