Finger Weg !!!! Nie wieder das Hotelzimmer war nicht sauber, sogar das Klo war sehr dreckig. wir haben ein Zimmer für 2 Erw. und 1 kleines Kind gebucht, bekommen aber nur ein Doppelzimmer, Beschwerden werden nicht ernst genommen. Ein halber Stern ist viel zu viel für das Hotel

Il mio soggiorno proposto da voi in camera dependance mi farebbe tanto piacere sapere se siete a conoscenza di quanto vergognoso e squallido oltre a essere umido e puzzolente sia questa camera di un palazzo in condizioni fatiscente e decadente . Io ho avuto dopo aver filmato e fotografato quanto detto una camera in albergo anche se non delle migliori ma almeno senza muffa Se invece siete a conoscenza e avete avuto il coraggio di proporre un obrobrio del genere allora siete da denunciare prima voi e poi l albergo panorama e farvi un decennio di galera in questo obrobrio di camera insieme alle vostre mogli e figli

Room was a nice size with great views of the sea. But noisy as above door with people coming and going. Also small plaza in front of hotel with people talking till late at night so had to have window closed. Breakfast was not 4 star standard egg and bacon was offered some mornings but not others.

Hotel with a Lovely View

This hotel has the potential to be very good but does not live up to its 4 star rating. A nice location with lovely views but very little choice of restaurants or other amenities near by. The best bit of this hotel is the picture they use to advertise it and that is the bar opposite the hotel. It is staffed and owned by the hotel which means it that one is open the one inside the hotel is not. Nothing much to be missed by the bar in the hotel which is dingy and out dated. The furnishings and attitude of the hotel needs bringing into the 21st century. No menu available for the restaurant and no price list. Food ok but nothing special. Breakfast was fine. Rooms are clean and comfortable but furnishing shabby as with the rest of the hotel.Absolutely nothing in them explaining about the hotel facilities or surrounding area. Mini bar but no glasses provided unless you ask for them. No room safe and satellite TV non existent. Don't bother looking for the bath robes that were promised because there aren't any. We were upgraded from and economy room so I dread to think what they were like. The pool is small on the lower ground floor and at the back of the hotel with no room for deck chairs around it. Did not look at all inviting.

Minutes walk from Trrmini and easy access to Rome

We've stayed here before and will again. Easy to get to with luggage, great Roma, wonderful staff and close to all that Roma offers!

Great view. Friendly staff. Clean room. Hotel a bit disappointing. Did not provide wifi in room and only very weak wifi in lobby. Terrible breakfast. Forgot to mention charge for parking.

fint läge, dålig frukost, restaurang stängd

Vi åkte i oktober, restaurangen på hotellet var stängd, baren var tvärs över gatan, inte många andra restauranger att välja på. Frukosten kan man vara utan. Ungdomar hade samlingsplats utanför baren och de förde liv på kvällarna. Läget till stranden var bra, fanns hiss ner till stranden men den var inte alltid tillgänglig. Vi hade fantastisk utsikt mot havet, inte alla rum som har det. Polen på hotellet var ok, synd att solstolarna låg en våning upp.

**** RIPOFF ALERT ****

we had booked a triple room, non-smoking with 1 double and 1 single bed. Upon arrival, we were given the key to a room on the third floor which included three cots. We soon discovered that the air conditioning in the room did not work. Next we found that the TV remote needed batteries, so we could not operate the TV. We later found out that the shower head could not be attached anywhere in the shower, so you had to hold it from one hand so it did not spray everywhere. The next problem was that the shower drain was clogged, so after about four minutes, you would be standing in four or more inches of water and had to turn the shower off so that the water did not spill onto the bathroom floor. When we complained to the management at the desk downstairs, we were told that we would have to talk to the hotel owner. We asked to speak to the owner and was told that he or she was unavailable and to come back later. We called Expedia and immediately logged a complaint. Expedia representatives called the Panorama Palace Hotel and were also told the same thing – to call back later and talk to the owner. Expedia representatives, my wife and I tried several times before we left the hotel to reach the owner, but neither Expedia representatives nor ourselves could reach the owner. We left after the first night because we did not want to endure substandard accommodations on our vacation. We have since tried to have Expedia representatives reach out to the hotel owner without reply

This hotel did not have air conditioning, nor hot tea/coffee in room. Bed was hard flat as were the pillows. The shower head was weak and dated and the whole bathroom needs updating. The molding around the room entrance door was falling off. Tried the breakfast one morning, bad coffee, milk bad. Overall would not return.

fine giugno primi luglio. Accolti da navetta alla stazione della transvesuviana, Pranzo in hotel non entusiasmante. Bella stanza con vista su mare. Tutto pulito e ben attrezzato. Personale molto disponibile.

Awesome view

It was hard to get there from the train station because we didn't know you can take the bus which drops you right at the corner... The hotel is on a cliff so ten view is fantastic! The room was very spacious and clean, the only inconvenience is that at night you can only eat in the hotel restaurant because there is nothing else around, and the food was not impressive but extremely pricey!

Fantastic view

With a view to the ocean and the basic needed facilities in the room this was a favourite hotel. However, We missed WiFi in the room. Poor breakfast. Suggestions: better coffee and freshly cooked bacon and egg :-)
