4/5 - Good
Meta beach was lovely and had some lovely bars and restaurants. It is not a tourist town, but everyone was really friendly. Would recommend also visiting Piano and Sant Agnello too.

The room was not super new, but it was clean. The staff was friendly.

If it’s about location you can’t get better - right next to centrali stn. It’s quiet inside despite the chaos out on the street adjacent. Rooms are cosy, so don’t expect any expanses to spread out your luggage or shopping. Shower is excellent - hot water spot on, unlike Australian hotels. Expensive ...

It was a great experience and shuttle bus is always on time and for a good price

Location overlooking ocean, and staff were super helpful. Property is starting to show it’s age though. Getting hard to justify price even with location.

You can learn about the history of Meta with a visit to Basilica di Santa Maria del Lauro. Wander the seaside and beaches in this relaxing area.

Meta is about 5 minutes on the train from Sorrento and about 20 minutes from Pompeii so a good bas3 to explore from. Although quite noisy during the day it is very quiet at night. There are a couple of small supermarkets nearby and enough restaurants
Some lovely restaurants on the beach especially Verricello
Very hand for the train and buses to the Amalfi coast
