"Loved the heated pool, the hottub and the sauna. Loved sitting on our balcony with a coffee/ cocktail people watching. There a few glitches, the access to the iwa spa from the hotel was not accessible, I had to carry my husband's walker down the stairs. This should he noted somewhere! There seem to be a few door assists missing as well. For instance the second door outside to the pool and how would someone access a towel in the gym? Just a few things but overall a great visit!"

"I had a really lovely stay at the Blue Mountain Inn! The experience was relaxing, comfortable, and even better than I expected. A special thank you to Lynette at the front desk, who was so welcoming, warm, friendly, and helpful. She made a wonderful first impression and really added to the experience. I also loved the amenities, especially the indoor pool, hot tubs, and sauna. One thing I really appreciated was that they weren’t overly crowded, so I could genuinely relax and enjoy them without feeling rushed or congested. It made the stay feel peaceful and refreshing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I truly appreciated the hospitality and atmosphere. Thank you to Lynette and the team for making my stay so enjoyable. I’d definitely recommend the Blue Mountain Inn to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!"

"A great stay! Since booking, Frank was responsive and helpful with questions about the cottage and area. The cottage is comfortable and well laid out. We had a very nice few days!"

Relax at the Mountaintop Chalet

"The VRBO itself was fantastic, check-in details were sent a few hours before check-in time and everything was clean and as expected when my group arrived. There was a firepit we were able to make good use of, plenty of space to meet and cook meals together at, and the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms which served us well during our stay. It was a great home base for a group of friends to explore blue mountains and the surrounding areas.My only issue was that all the information was sent via pre-programmed e-mails, and there must have been a hiccup because a couple of days before check-in I received another round of e-mails from the host but for a different set of dates! This led to some confusion, and when I tried to e-mail the host or message them on VRBO I never got a response (even though they did send another automatic e-mail after check-in saying they were available and to e-mail if there were any hiccups). In the end everything went smoothly so it was just a little bit of unexpected stress but I do worry that if there was issues with check-in or something else that getting a hold of the host might be difficult. A pair of phone numbers were also provided for emergencies which I didn't have to use, so perhaps that would work, but I just hope the host is a little more attentive to their e-mails in the future."

"We had a great stay at the cottage. The property is large and beautiful with lots of access to the lakeshore. Inside the cottage, the layout was conducive to large group gatherings with a spacious open-concept main room. This was especially helpful because we had two very rainy days. The hosts were very cooperative and accommodating. They even let us extend our checkout time to get a bit more sun on our last day."
