「I was greeted as I entered the lobby. The front desk was kind and smiling. She appeared happy. She quickly checked me in and gave directions to our room. The halls were clean. Elevator could have had a spot clean but nothing terrible. Our room was at a good temperature and we did not have to mess with it at all. The room was clean and organized. All staff we came in contact with were pleasant. Checkout was quick and again front desk staff were smiling and promptly addressed me as I walked up....

「I travel a lot and have stayed in many high-end hotels, and this place was definitely one of the best. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We hit a snag at check-in, but they promptly fixed the problem, and Patrick went above and beyond to make our stay special. I can’t recommend this place enough—every amenity was thoughtfully planned and curated. Located close to restaurants you can walk to, but the restaurant/in room dining was delicious! 」

「The Roost was amazing. Great location downtown within walking distance to everything. Secure parking garage attached with easy access to the hotel. It is really an apartment with kitchen, full fridge and stove. Very clean and comfortable, front desk service was excellent. Only complaint and I mean only nitpicky thing was the coffee maker we had was a bit beat up and made a mess. Highly recommend.」
