“Spent 2 hours trying to locate the hotel, can't find it not even with GPS”

“Great price and great service, the staffs were kind and friendly. The hotel was modern and clean. There's tram to link the hotel from the city center and the stop is juz outside the hotel, so it's convenient. However, the journey is a bit long. It takes about 40 mins to travel from the hotel to city center.”

“Overall it's an nice hotel to stay and the staff are friendly. Location was not bad, it's about 30 min to city center by tram, and it's only 1 minute to the tram station. I found that the water kettle was oily and the coner of the room and curtain was a little dusty. Other than that it's a good place to stay and easy access by public transport. ”

“建议露天停车场不收费，又不是停到车库，停在院子里也收停车费，不太接受。”

“飯店整體都不錯，附近有一個大超市可以買很多東西，只是為何連住2晚卻要求我們一定要換房間，這點很麻煩”

“到了公寓位置才被通知要去大概十公里以外拿钥匙，对出行的旅客来讲非常不方便，还有卫生情况非常一般，这家公司管理能力很差！”

“This is a really good hotel to stay even it is not in the center of Milan, but it is not far from subway/train station. The room is really so big and clean, the breakfast is good as well. Most of staff is so friendly and kind to help you. I strongly recommand this hotel, and definitely, if I go to Milan again, it is my first choice to stay again!!”
