Un volet roulant d'une chambre ne fonctionnait pas, le micro-onde non plus mais surtout aucune possibilité de joindre le gérant en cas d'urgence ; le dimanche 21 septembre à minuit, nous avons oublié les clés et le badge du garage dans notre véhicule aprés l'avoir garé. Sans aucune possibilité de retouner dans le garage, nous nous sommes retrouvés dans la rue, sans possibilité de joindre qui ce soit en urgence (heureusement nous avons pû être logés par la famille)
