Its ideal location, rue du Maître échevin, in the heart of the popular district of Queuleu in a quiet street with the possibility of free parking on the street, makes it an ideal apartment for a family or a medium or long-term flatshare.

As you enter you will discover a nice hall leading to all the rooms.
On your right is a bedroom with 1 double bed and a second bedroom also with 1 double bed. Each of the bedrooms has its own cupboards for storing your personal belongings, as well as a desk.

In front of the entrance to the apartment, you will access the bathroom with a bathtub, a storage unit and a washing machine/dryer.

Right next to it is the separate toilet.

Then on your left you will access a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher and plenty of storage, as well as all the utensils for cooking and eating. Its table and chairs will allow you to have lunch/dinner in the kitchen.

The kitchen opens onto a balcony equipped with a table and garden furniture allowing you to enjoy the calm of the building's backyard.
Finally, on the left of the entrance, you will access the convivial living room and enjoy a comfortable sofa with its chaise longue.
