"The outside was pretty run down looking, but the owner was friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and included a fridge and microwave. The pool looked very run down until you went inside the gate, and it opened up into a nice courtyard with a large clean pool. You had to leave a $20 deposit to get the pool key and when you return the key you get your $20 back"

"Beautiful mansion. Very modern bathrooms in white marble with miniature shampoos and etc. clean soft fluffy towels. Windows were somewhat dirty. Outdoor pool had one area blocked off for a private party and the other including the pool occupied for private event. Was moved twice and most been able to use the pool at all. Pool was clean and a nice area if gazebos and loungers but those are not included in your stay- these are extra! Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs, cereal and bagels, however outside seating area not well maintained and with piles of dirty dishes."

"The property was as described, quiet location even though it was off s busy street. It was close to the areas we needed to be at for a family function. Easy to get to train station for day trip into the city, and wonderful restaurants close by.. go to Umbertos for awesome italian!"

"Almost everything was excellent, fast and helpful communications with host, great location for our purposes, everything clean, kitchen well equipped, air conditioner, washer & dryer, all in good working order, plenty of drawer and closet space. The only thing missing was an extra table or two and/or a larger table to use as a workspace. Also worth noting that the full bathroom attached to the master bedroom is notably smaller than the hallway full bathroom. Otherwise, everything excellent and I would book again if the circumstances arose."

"The property worked well for our purpose—we were in town for a high school reunion. It was clean and comfortable. Parking was not great. We had multiple cars and only 2 spaces available in the driveway. Street parking very limited. Thermostat was a little wonky and it got pretty cold. The location worked well for us, and Juan was a good communicator."

"Nice location and well stocked home. Comfortable kitchen and living room. Not a fan of spiral stairs - very difficult to get suitcases upstairs however I was aware before booking. Price very high for condition of home and 2nd bedroom really tight with no closet or dresser."
