“Excellent property, 5-10 minutes walk away fro the Arc de Triomphe. The apartment is on the 3rd floor which is accessed by a spiral staircase. The apartment is very clean, modern and stylish. I visited with my 16 and 12 year old children and was perfect for our needs. A kitchen with fridge freezer, coffe machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric hob and oven. An open dining and living area, the sofa bed opens to a double bed. The bedroom has a double with ceiling fan, double wardrobe and……

“The location was perfect! I had a problem with checking in, but it was just my email. The place very clean but small but it does say that in the details. The only negatives is the beds are extremely hard could use some kind of foam topping. And the couch is not comfortable to sit on. And for some reason, the plug-ins are very high in the kitchen. But the location makes up for everything extremely easy to get around! We had a wonderful vacation there”

“Le nettoyage de la chambre n'a pas été effectué au préalable avant notre arrivée. En effet, la tête de lit rempli de poussières, les draps et oreillers du lit présentaient des tâches comme du fond de teint (traces de couleur marron sur des oreillers et draps de couleur blanc), le drap house présentait des tâches, le coussin de décoration posé sur lit présentait d'horribles tâches, comme jamais lavé, dégoutant. Concernant, la partie sdb, la douche présentait des moisissures et du tarte partout……

“Quiet neighborhood and easy to access metro stations nearby. It can be a bit small for more than 2 people but all the other reviews and the listing are transparent about the apartment size and it was as we expected. Also very easy to communicate with the hosts and got very quick responses!”
