「The hotel is close to Mainz Hbf. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff here are also nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed on the first floor and the music is on until 11pm. This is the only thing I don't like here.」

「When we step into the room, we find the window is open. We don't mind it. At night, unknown insects gather the top of the ceiling. lt's horrible. The other thing is there is no hot water kettle in the room and I couldn't deserve hot water in the front desk. I have lived in the other Ibis and the front desk always give me hot water.」

「Wir waren zum ersten Mal im WENS Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Da wir familiär mehrmals im Jahr in Mainz und Umgebung sind, werden wir bestimmt häufiger ins WENS Hotel gehen. Der Check-In war kurz und freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Pflegeprodukte sind von Rituals, die Dusche hat eine Regenfallfunktion und täglich gibt es kostenlos eine Flasche Wasser und sehr gute Säfte und Limonaden von Rauch in der Minibar.
