When we arrived we were presently surprised that they had upgraded our unit to a junior executive suite. It was very roomy and in great condition and very clean. We also got a very comfortable king size bed, big screen tv with cable channels. The staff was very helpful and attentive. In the morning we had a great continental breakfast that included plenty of fruits, which my wife and I enjoyed.

We have the pleasure of visiting Mexicali at least three times a year, and we consistently choose to stay at this location. Its convenience is appreciated, and we find some of the staff to be quite pleasant. Javier, also known as "Francisco," is particularly outstanding.

The Hotel is great location kinda central to move around in the city. Rooms are clean very nice.Front desk Julio was very nice but the one super vicer lady not very friendly(Y) starts her name and not helpful.She is in front desk they are the first impression if the hotel and it was like she was not happy to service guess. But Julio excellent thank you we appreciate yout time and service to the guests.

The place was clean,the staff was very friendly, restaurants was delicious and friendly. The lights were flickering on the hallway, smell old, bed was super uncomfortable, towels had holes, AC was extremely noisy and to top it off the Train goes by at 6 am every day blasting the Horn, walls are super thin. So you'll hear everything and the toilet seat was broken. I'll be going to another hotel next time

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 out of 5 stars I gave Real Inn 3 stars mainly because of the air conditioning issue on the lower floors. No matter how low you set the temperature, the rooms just don’t seem to cool down properly. It gets uncomfortably warm, especially at night. It’s frustrating because you expect consistent comfort throughout the hotel, but the lower levels definitely need better air conditioning maintenance or upgrades. That said, the staff is good and helpful.
