Apartment for Rent — Just 3 Blocks from the Heart of Coyoacán

This is a completely independent apartment located on the first floor.
The only shared area is the main entrance of the condominium.

At check-in, a security deposit of 2,500 Mexican pesos must be provided,
which will be refunded upon check-out.


If needed, you may use the shared laundry area (use of the washing machine has an additional cost of $120 MXN per load).

The apartment features three bedrooms:

Green Room: double bed.

Yellow Room: single bed.

Blue Room: inflatable mattress.

The living room is equipped with a Smart TV and a Home Theater, with access to Netflix, Blim, and YouTube.

In case of lost keys, a replacement fee of $600 MXN applies, as it would be necessary to change the main entrance locks shared by all residents.

Weekly cleaning service is included.
If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please request it at least one day in advance (additional cost: $300 MXN).

The apartment has two full bathrooms.

Pets are not allowed, and smoking inside the apartment is prohibited.
Also, parties and loud noises are not permitted after 11:00 p.m. or before 8:00 a.m.
