Great location & pleasant apartment

We spent two very pleasant weeks in this very pleasant apartment overlooking trees & a great walking path with many good cafe options along the way. Beds were comfortable, layout of the apartment was good. We especially appreciated the two bathrooms & additional powder room/toilet.

Perfect location

We had an amazing time here. The apartment itself is very large and beautiful, and the location is incredible. My family and I had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. Couldn’t ask for a better stay in Condesa.

Beautiful Avenida Amsterdam

A beautiful property in one of the best locations in CDMX. Everything was perfect. Note that the 2nd bedroom has two single beds like the photo and not a king bed like the Vrbo description says.

Great stay in Condesa!

This was our first stay with VBRO and we so happy that we did so! Kukun stay was great, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and stocked with toiletries/linens/towels in case you don't travel with shampoo/condition/body wash. It was very convenient having Ojo de Agua, OXXO, Walmart, and a little tienda de abbarottes in close proximity. Highly recommend if traveling to Mexico City with family or friends!

Every Day Delights in Condesa

The apartment was spacious, well appointed, and lovely. A balcony runs the length of the apartment and we loved opening the doors in the afternoons. And what could be a better location than on Avenida Amsterdam with its lush green center pedestrian walk and shops and terrific restaurants abounding but not overwhelming. And I have to say, doubled-sheeted duvets are my favorite away from home bedding. And so soft. We barely cooked, but could have, and we cozied up on the sofa and decompressed nightly. A great place to stay,,,and to return to.

Very good, needs some attention

A spacious apartment in a great neighbourhood, comfortable bed, could be 5 stars with just a little work. First, on arrival there is supposed to be a building door keycard and elevator fob. There weren't, and after 3 days of back and forth with the mgmt company it was clear there never would be - we had to buzz security to let us in. Just be honest and say at the start that there are no cards/fobs and you have to ask security every time you return. There is a lock box, but it's not bolted to anything, so you could pick it up and carry it out. Twice the toilets stopped filling up even though there was water to the rest of the apartment (unique Mexican plumbing!) and had to get maintenance to fix it. And some small things - no aerator on the kitchen tap so it splashes a lot, and half the knobs on the stove are broken so you have to move the good ones around depending on which burner you want to use. To be clear, it's overall a lovely space on a quiet street close to a chill park and lots of really good casual places to eat, just needs some attention to detail.

Problem

This was a secure, clean property in a beautiful neighborhood. We arrived Sunday afternoon and Monday morning we discovered that all 3 toilets didn't flush. The tanks were not refilling with water, so we began using a waste basket to fill the tanks so they could flush. We notified the property manager through What's App, who said they'd take care of it. However they were never repaired for the rest of our 3 day stay.
