Very nice, well run hotel. Staff was fantastic. Rooms for the most part do not have a window, but that allowed for a better sleep as the neighborhood can be quite noisy. A gym would have been nice.

We really liked the location and the friendliness/helpfulness of the staff. The rooms were very small in comparison to others we stayed at in the area. The fan/air conditioning was very noisy. We also didn’t like the lack of windows - the only windows opened onto the corridor which wasn’t ideal. If I was staying again I would check which type of rooms they have which have exterior windows.

This property was fantastic and just a great vibe. We loved the location and the accessibility to all of the restaurants/cultural areas/shopping. Sergio the property manager was amazing. We had a little snafu the first night. The staff rectified and were very attentive to us the whole time. Gabriela (concierge) , Taynet and Paula at restaurant were all great!

Our Wonderful Honeymoon!!

From check-in to check-out, our stay at the BrickHotel was absolutely perfect. The cleanliness was unmatched, the service in both Spanish and English was wonderful, and the amenities were terrific!! We came on our honeymoon and were treated to a few special extras throughout our four-night stay. Thank you so much to all of the staff at Brick hotel for everything!!

This is a small luxury hotel in a very nice neighborhood. It's a giga city. Gabriela & all the staff there were incredible & made my stay hugely memorable.. it was my first time in Mexico & I don't speak Spanish. I got to see a lot of the highlights of this gorgeous place over a 4-day stay. Everyone was cooperative, cordial & did their best. Breakfast was included in my room category which was a feast.

Nice hotel and area, close to very good restaurants and cute shops. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good. The only issue I had was sometimes we would come back to the room after dinner and that would be a smell of sewage coming out from the bathroom. The last day they were doing repairs outside of our door so the noise woke us up early. Besides that I’d recommend Brick!

Overall, great hotel and we will stay at the Brick again. Staff were attentive and nice. Property was clean & rooms were well maintained. Two flags to watch out for: Lower level rooms (Superior Room is what we booked) do not have windows & are inward facing which is just brutal and the room description does not specify this. Our room rate included breakfast but they tried to serve us a continental breakfast which we pushed back on and got a full a la carte breakfast for our stay.
